Hoi An is one of the best tourism city in Asia

Hoi An ancient town has been named for the first time as one of the ten leading tourism cities in Asia, according to Condé Nast Traveler, the world's premier travel magazine.


Hoi An, an exceptionally well-preserved example of a traditional Asian trading port, is an outstanding material manifestation of the fusion of cultures over time. It was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. 

The town has been completely and assiduously preserved: it is the only town in Viet Nam that has survived intact in this way. 

The 111-year-old Sofitel Legend Metropole, located in capital Ha Noi, ranked third among 20 best hotels in the region, according to the magazine.

Two other Vietnamese candidates Park Hyatt Saigon and Sheraton Saigon were also on the list.

Life Heritage Resort Hoi An and Nam Hai were placed the 10th and 14th positions among 15 leading resorts in Asia. 

This year, Life Heritage Resort Hoi An gained the overall score of 92,1 , up f-rom 89,7 in 2010 to make it higher than Tented Camp Golden Triangle in Chiang Rai – Last year’s No1 resort.

After winning Asia’s top 10 resort in Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards last year,
Life Heritage Resort Hoi An again confirms its standing to rank the 9th position of Asia’s top resort list.

Mr Chris Duffy, the general of Director of Life Resort said that “What Life Heritage resort Hoi An is bringing to guests not only excellently but also more and more excellently” .

The Readers’ Choice Awards attracted more than 8 million votes f-rom 28.876 readers through six parts: activities/facilities, food, location, overall design, rooms and service. Only candidates who received a required minimum number of organizing board were eligible for an award, according to Conde Nast.

Life Heritage Resort Hoi An also arranged in Conde Nast Travel’s Gold List at the beginning of this year.
